Srilakshmi Reddy is the Founder & Director of Keystone School, KCITE (Keystone Centre for Innovation and Teacher Education), and A-Square Foundation. Her work sits at the intersection of education, innovation, entrepreneurship and social impact, with a focus on building systems that help young people and educators move from learning to action.

At Keystone School, she created the Idea-Loom approach, a real-world problem-solving and innovation framework through which students have developed 200+ projects addressing authentic community and societal challenges.

Through KCITE, she has built a growing educator-development ecosystem that has engaged 5,000+ teachers and supported over 1,000 schools, helping educators and school leaders strengthen teaching practice, innovation, digital capability and future-ready learning.

Through A-Square Foundation, her social-impact work has reached 30,000+ high-school students, with initiatives focused on social-emotional learning, career readiness, agency and expanding opportunity for young people.

Her broader work includes collaborating with policymakers, mentoring education ventures and developing scalable models that connect learning, innovation and impact.

At the core of her work is a simple idea: education should not only prepare people for the future, it should give them agency to shape it.
