Dr. Radhika Ramesh
Area Chair for Soft Skills
Dr. Radhika Ramesh is an Assistant Professor at ICFAI Business School, Bangalore, with three decades of experience in academics and academic administration. She holds a master's degree in English Literature, a Bachelor’s in Education, and a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute. Her PhD is in the domain of 'Digital Literature.'
Dr. Radhika specializes in Soft Skills and Business Communication, providing training to students and corporate executives, including workshops for organizations such as South Indian Bank, Grant Thornton, and Motilal Oswal. She has also contributed to faculty knowledge-sharing programs nationwide.
Driven by a commitment to enhancing professional performance through effective communication, presentation, and writing skills, Prof. Radhika actively integrates technology into teaching. Her research interests focus on business communication and writing, and she has published case studies with The Case Center , UK. She has been awarded the Best Faculty and Best Internship Guide awards by ICFAI.
