Rohini Srivathsa

Dr. Rohini Srivathsa is a Board Member, Adjunct Professor, and Business and AI Strategy Advisor, with three decades of experience at the intersection of research, technology, strategy and leadership.

Rohini began her career in R&D at AT&T Bell Labs in the US, then pivoted to strategy consulting at BCG and IBM Business Consulting (erstwhile PwC) in India and emerging markets. Her R&D and strategy experiences converged into her decade-long journey as CTO, most recently as the CTO of Microsoft India & South Asia, where she played a key role in helping organizations accelerate AI transformation with a focus on business value and trust.

Today, Rohini continues to shape the future of technology as an Independent Director at ACKO, AI Strategy Advisor, Adjunct Professor at the Indian School of Business (ISB) Executive Education, and mentor to the next generation of business and technology leaders. A Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE) and the Indian National Science Academy (INSA), she brings together deep technical expertise and boardroom experience to guide organizations through the AI era. Rohini holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania USA, and a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin USA.
