Meera Shenoy is a "pioneer" for market -linked skilling of under-privileged youth including youth with disability, at scale

The building blocks of her work is a belief in the potential.of the poor and using tech.for transparency and scale.

Her work encompasses honing the creative skills of persons with disability through the unique Global Ability Photography Challenge which highlights photography skills of the disabled and has scaled in four years to 30 countries.

Her work has won several awards ranging from MIT Solve to being a Harvard case and being featured in the Hon'ble Prime Ministers' "Mann ke Baath".

Youth4Jobs SwarajAbility is one of the MIT Solve winners 2025 in the Economic Prosperity Category.

SwarajAbility was chosen as one of the 2025 innovations, competing across over 3,000 amazingly innovative global innovations.

Its Atmanirbhar AI triggered, accessible livelihood platform for PwDs, Swarajability, won the World Summit Award 2025 under the Inclusion category.

In a global competition of over 100 UN member states, Swarajability was chosen as one of the winners by 27 jury members from 25 countries for demonstrating how digital innovation can tackle societal challenges and contribute to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The award was presented in Vienna, Austria. SwarajAbility was the only winner from India.
