Iraa Swasti

Iraa Swasti is the narrative strategy lead at Momentum Shifts, a social enterprise building narratives to bring social, ecological, and climate issues into everyday conversations in India.

She is also the co-founder of RegenIntel India, an education and consulting firm on a mission to enable 100,000 regenerative leaders and practitioners to create the next solutions-based economy.A former business journalist, Iraa brings over 12 years of experience spanning communications, storytelling, and new product development.

She holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business.

She has been part of founding teams of two tech startups, helping build ideas from the ground up. Her experience also includes leading UX strategy and data analytics for global clients such as Procter & Gamble and Microsoft Bing, giving her a rare blend of entrepreneurial grit, strategic thinking, and executional depth.

She was a mentor at the India Sustainability Startathon 2025 where she helped a team of college students build an upcycling startup on their campus.
