My name is Tushara Reddy, and I am an AI Product Manager turned writer, navigating life between logic and emotion, data and dharma.
I’ve spent the last decade building intelligent systems across India and the UK — from Bosch and Omnissa (formerly VMware) to Endeavor Analytics — and somewhere between product roadmaps and corporate politics, I found my real voice.
I hold a Master’s in Data Science from Queen Mary University of London and an MBA in Technology Management from PES University, Bangalore. My work in AI has always been about more than just algorithms — it’s about decoding human behaviour, bias, and belief. I’ve led product teams across geographies, mentored young women in tech, and built solutions that shape the way large enterprises think about automation and intelligence.
But this book — my memoir — is not about technology.
It’s about what happens behind the glossy LinkedIn posts, when women like me — high-achieving, ambitious, Indian, and outspoken — find themselves burning out in a world that was never designed for us. It’s about choosing authenticity over assimilation, inner calling over external validation.
Released on April 1, 2026, the book ranked #149 in Amazon India’s Self-Help for Happiness category in July 2026. It was also showcased at the Frankfurt Book Fair in October 2026, alongside international titles. Praised by readers for its practical insights and authentic storytelling, the book has sold over 1,000 copies across India and international markets. It is also available through leading international booksellers, including Foyles in the UK and Barnes & Noble in the USA.
