Sharanya Haridas

Sharanya is an independent writer of design focused books. She has published over 15 books on design under a pen name, Belle Etherea. Previously, she worked in marketing for leading startups in India and the US, served as an editor at BuzzFeed, and founded India's first webzine for girls, That's So Gloss. Her debut poetry collection was published by DC Books in 2010, and she was anthologized by The Poetry Society India in 2015. She holds an undergraduate and MA in economics from IIT Madras and an MS from Columbia University's Journalism School.
