Bhavna Dalal
Bhavna Dalal is the founder and CEO of Talent Power Partners—a leadership development consulting company. She is an international executive master coach and facilitator with a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electronics) from Bombay University and an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta. She has over 25 years of experience as a software development engineer, consultant and senior leadership in corporates in America, South Africa and India.
Her specific areas of expertise include individual one-on-one executive coaching, group and team coaching, consulting, designing and facilitating leadership interventions, and thought leadership.
She works on assisting leaders in developing goals such as executive presence, personal and organizational vision, professional transitions (promotions, partnerships, new role, big changes), team management, collaboration, relationships, organizational and time management, emotional intelligence, negotiation and influencing, self-awareness, strategy and decision-making, and women leadership.
Her insights come from raw and real challenges and situations from leaders’ daily narratives as part of her work. She continues to conduct research and studies in the area of individual coaching. She has studied eastern as well as western psychological, behavioural and spiritual methodologies in depth. Her work includes using models, prompts, exercises and methods such as metaphorical approach, systemic approach, body language and imagery. She is also familiar with personality typology tools such as MBTI, DISC, social styles, leadership styles, emotional intelligence and 360° feedback.
Her clients have been people managers across the organization, from board members and CXOs to directors and founders in several industries such as consulting, financial services, banking and technology.
As a writer, Bhavna has numerous award-winning articles in Forbes and Fortune, among other publications. She is also the author of the book Team Decision Making.
She serves on the board of Bodhi Education Society based in Telangana, India, and on several compliance committees.
